During the 2020 campus hiring season, over 300 renowned organisations from the Automobile, BFSI, Market Research, Analytics, KPOs, Social Media, Consulting, FMCG/FMCD, IT, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Education, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Telecom, and FMCG sectors visited for campus placements.

In the current placement season 2021, over 800 students of Nirma University have already been placed with the highest salary of Rs 46.47 LPA. At the Institute of Technology, 518 students have been placed so far with an average salary of Rs 6.9 LPA, whereas, the Institute of Management has placed 224 students with highest salary of Rs 18 LPA and average salary of Rs 8.50 LPA. The Institute of Law has placed 27 students so far with a highest package of Rs 5.6 LPA and 26 students have been placed at Institute of Pharmacy with the highest package of Rs 3.5 LPA.
