Awards and Achievements

Mr Amit Kumar Srivastava, Delivery Manager, CAE at L&T Technology Services, alumni of 2005 batch of MTech in Mechanical Engineering received the ?Best Alumni Award? from Nirma University on Feb 20, 2021 (online) for the year 2020. Mr Amit received the award in recognition of his support to the institute. He provided the Training and Project Work opportunity and support to the students of the bachelors and masters programme of the institute for exploring the new technology and trends in various fields.  Every year many students have worked as an intern under his guidance and support.

Alumni On Campus

• Mr Rahul Singh Raghav, an alumnus of the 2017 batch of IT branch of Institute of Technology, currently working at Amazon, Bangalore as a Software Development Engineer delivered an expert talk on ?How to climb the career ladder? on Jan 20, 2021. He also talked about different career opportunities in Computer Science.
• The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Student Chapter organised interactive talk series with the alumni of the Institute of Technology. Mr Shivam Patel, an undergraduate student in Computer Science and Engineering from Nirma University, and currently a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University delivered a talk on Jan 11, 2021. Another talk was organised on Jan 30, 2021 with Mr Vipul Patel, an MCA alumnus of Nirma University, former MBA graduate from California State University-Dominguez Hills, currently working as a Technical Programme Manager at Facebook.
• Mr Rohan Garg from Career Launcher and alumnus from the EC department delivered an expert lecture on ?Cracking Competitive Exams for Dream Careers? on Feb 15, 2021 through the online platform.
